North Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach is a popular city in the Los Angeles South Bay, and one of three beach cities, the others being Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach.

Redondo Beach is split into two distinct neighborhoods—North Redondo and South Redondo. Although these areas are close in proximity, they have distinct property styles, home prices, and overall environment. Here are some of the one-of-a-kind benefits that this neighborhood could offer a potential homebuyer.

  • Beach and freeway close - although North Redondo doesn't actually touch the coast, it is beach close AND freeway close.

  • A variety of real estate - homes here tend to be a little more affordable than in South Redondo, and you'll find everything from single-family homes to detached or attached townhomes.

  • Access to parks, shopping, and restaurants. You'll find a variety of dining options and plenty of parks with sports courts and plenty of green space.

  • A strong sense of community. Many parkettes in the area allow residents to mingle and get to know each other.

  • Arts and Nightlife. The Redondo Beach Performing Arts Center hosts theater, speakers, and more. You also have easy access to clubs and bars.
